May I change a product I purchased?

You are entitled to change the size of a "The Root" brand product you purchased. You may send free of charge unused product kept in its original packing with its affixed label together with its original invoice by MNG Kargo to our address, may forward the particulars of change you request to the info@theroot.co. Your request will be processed when the product is delivered to us and the relevant information will be advised to you through e-mail.

How long it takes for the payment to be reflected on my account after the return process?

The transfer of the payment transferred to your credit card into your account takes about two to three weeks. Besides, since The Root is not responsible for the process after the reimbursed amount of the shopping made with a credit card is transferred to the bank, further developments are entirely related with the bank's transaction process. We have no right and possibility to intervene in this kind of problems.

If the product I bought is no longer available, is there any chance for it to be up for sale again?

Since some of the products included in The Root collections is preferred in all the seasons independent of time due to their design and material advantages we try to have them in stock continuously. Although stock of a product may vary from product to product we would like you to know that we spend maximum effort to supply the product you intend to own.
